2 biodanza classes a month, for 6 months, we will align ourselves with the cosmos and with the unique energies of each zodiac sign, creating a dynamic and holistic approach that nourishes all aspects of our being, allowing us to grow and evolve in harmony with the universe.
Thus, in this 12-class course, we will have the opportunity to explore different facets of ourselves, unlock hidden potentials, create harmonious dynamics, expand certain gifts and enrich our individual and collective experience.

Note: It's ok if you may not be able to attend one class or another, but we recommend maximum attendance, since one of the great strengths and gifts of this journey will be the group matrix that will dance together through the different energies and archetypes, creating deeper bonds and a safe space.
Aries - Libra
Aries is known for its independence and assertiveness, while Libra is known for its diplomacy and desire for harmony. When these two energies merge, the potential is great.
The question is: how can we assert ourselves in the world, take courageous steps, cultivate healthy boundaries, and assert ourselves with authenticity, while maintaining empathy and harmony with those around us?
To dance this axis it's an opportunity to find alignment between individual goals (Aries) and the dynamics of our relationships (Libra), promoting growth, understanding and balance in our lives.
Taurus - Scorpio
Taurus is characterised by a connection to the earth, a quality of permanence, stability, determination, persistence and constancy. Sometimes there is an excessive attachment to ‘things’ and an inability to accept change. Scorpio embodies the unknown, delving into the depths of the subconscious and exploring intense bonds and transformations. Scorpio sees crisis as a catalyst for profound change.
